ATMs FAQ

What should I do when an ATM does not dispense cash?

When an ATM does not dispense a requested amount, please contact us immediately at (297) 560 4866. In order to solve the issue as soon as possible, we will ask you for the location of the ATM, the amount requested, the time and date of the request, your name and phone number.

For your convenience, Banco di Caribe has 5 strategically located ATMs across the island. Find one near you here.

There are no charges for Banco di Caribe accountholders for any transaction on our ATMs.

For non-Banco di Caribe accountholders a withdrawal fee will apply.
